Neurogram Workshop

Neurogram Workshop

The ideal way to learn about the Neurogram® is in a workshop. That way the trainer knows in what form you put your answer to the Neurogram® questions. For this reason we are happy to announce after Amsterdam, Antwerp, Las Vegas and Ohio the first Neurogram® Workshop in London. The London Neurogram® Workshop will be held July 5th 2014 from 9 am to 6 pm. The venue is Regent’s University London.

Here is a video explaining some of the many reasons why the Neurogram model is so usefull to learn:

In the workshop you learn all of the following about the Neurogram®:

9.00 – 9.30 am: General introduction of the history of the Enneagram, the Big Five personality theory and the neurological aspects of your personality.

9.30 – 10.30 am: The Neurogram® Interview Method to discover your own personality type and that of other people like family, friends and colleagues. We use the subjective Bayesian version of this method for its high reliability of 95%.

10.30 – 11.00 am: Survival patterns tied to personality: stress, fear, sadness and anger.

11.00 – 11.15 am: break

11.15 – 12.00 am: Stress and relaxation patterns for each personality type. Which negative behaviour gives early warning signs that you are stressing too much even if you don’t feel it yet. And what positive behaviour stops stress in its track and turns it into relaxation?

12.00 – 1.00 pm: Deadly sins and capital virtues. Each personality type comes with a deadly sin, something that looks positive but is quite destructive in someone’s life. Fortunately, each personality type also has a capital virtue. Even though one’s capital virtue doesn’t sound positive it actually is very constructive for your life. Doing away with your deadly sin and switching to your capital virtue turns almost all bad luck into good luck.

1.00 – 2.30 pm: Lunch (not included)

2.30 – 3.00 pm: Discussing the results of the subjective Bayesian Neurogram® Test of the morning.

3.00 – 3.30 pm: Three Question Method for determining a personality type in less than three minutes.

3.30 – 4.30 pm: The Big Five and the Neurogram®. Your personality neurologically explained by three neurotransmitters: dopamine, oxytocin and serotonin. Social people versus individualist. Risk averseness versus recklessness. Spontaneous versus planned.

4.30 – 4.15 pm: Break

4.15 – 5.30 pm: How to go about your business better with other people using the Neurogram®. How to influence other people best once you know their Neurogram® type. Relationships between different personality types.

5.30 – 6.00 pm: Healthy personality versus personality disorders. How to spot someone else his personality type based upon his looks and what he says & does.
